We aim to offer a smooth and customer-friendly experience. Replacements are accepted in the following cases:
•Wrong product received
•Damaged item on arrival
•Manufacturing defect
Breakages:
Share a photo/video of the damaged product via WhatsApp/email. Original packaging is required, even for damaged items, for a safe return.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at hangouthomedecor@gmail.com or +91 96716 65631. Orders can’t be cancelled once shipped.
Note: Handmade items may have slight texture, color, or size variations which are not considered defects.
Return Process:
1.Eligible within 7 days of delivery for wrong, damaged, or defective items.
2.Send an open box video and 2 images to our email.
3.Once approved, pickup will be arranged in 2–3 working days; replacements follow after QA check.
4.Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Important:
Return items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice intact.
